At Centerline Machine we understand that bringing new designs or new products to market is typically a slow and costly process.  Costly not only in development dollars, but in lost revenue or even lost market share due to late introduction or application.  We also understand that there is great value in getting through this process as quickly as possible while minimizing your risk. Centerline Machine can help you minimize your cost, time and risk.  Even before final drawings are done, we can start to make your prototype parts directly from your non detailed models.  First time viewing pieces can be cut from grey board or plastic.  Centerline Machine can then move you to first article components cut from stock material, castings or plastics.  Whatever your material requirements, allow us to project manage your development from first articles through production parts. After the completion and approval of the design phase, we offer our customers the option of having a prototype piece created.  Prototypes offer a precise representation of the finished product, but are made out of an alternate material such as grey board, wax or wood.
