Customers Will Benefit from Expanded Capabilities
On January 21, 2015, Centerline Machine was acquired by the Dielectric Corporation, a Menomonee Falls-based manufacturer of custom plastic and non-ferrous parts, sub-assemblies and finished products. The acquisition will enable Dielectric Corporation to offer customers of both companies a wider range of capabilities.
Machining, fabrication, welding, and cutting of carbon, stainless steel, aluminum, composite materials and exotic alloys will continue to be offered through the Waupaca facility, which will become a division of the Dielectric Corporation. Machining, fabrication and prototyping of plastics and non-ferrous metals will be offered through the Menomonee Falls facilities of Dielectric Corporation and its JR Prototypes division.
Dielectric Corporation, like Centerline Machine, has built its reputation on quality workmanship, outstanding customer service and demonstrated expertise. We welcome Centerline Machine employees into our company and look forward to serving our new customers in the coming years.
We invite you to learn more about the Dielectric Corporation on our website or contact Perry Pabich with any questions you may have at (262) 255-2600 or email@example.com.
